The staff has been considerate and understanding. I have had unforseen chronic pain from some medical issues, and have not always been able to move around easily or get all of my packages in a timely manner, or be able to do all activities that I wish I could be involved in. I feel they have been helpful in that regard. I have also appreciatd the weather updates.

Yixuan, Thank you for the review. The walk over to the T is about 10 minutes and the City of Medford is in the process of building a path that will
cut that down to about 7 minutes. If you would like to stop by the office, I would be happy to go over the quickest way to walk to the T.
Great Community|Recommended: YesWellington place is a great community. The staff are always willing to go above and beyond to make this a great place to live. The apartments are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. The amenities offered are second to none, with the pool, gym, dog park and outdoor patio area. I cant say enough about this community. Its a great place to live and have an apartment feel like a home.

I feel the staff is the best and they are very hospitable and helpful. All the issues are resolved in timely manner and the community is very well kept. The home s and the entire apartment complex is beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone in heartbeat.
